On VeVe, Marvel has released its first NFT Digital Comic Collectibles. With its debut NFT comic books, it continues to celebrate Marvel Month in collaboration with VeVe.
“Following Marvel Entertainment's successful, officially licensed NFT digital collectibles based on Spider-Man and Captain America, we're excited to reveal, starting tomorrow, August 19, VeVe will be launching the inaugural series of classic Marvel Comics as NFTs!” the American media franchise announced in this report.
VeVe has only had two sales up to this point. Spider-Man, the first Marvel NFT, was launched on Veve two weeks ago. In barely 24 hours, all 60,500 NFTs were gone. It unveiled its second NFT offering, the Marvel Mightys line, last week. This was sold out in under 30 minutes.
NFT Digital Comics by Marvel
Marvel is releasing digital comic books based on its assets for the first time. Fans and collectors may purchase fully readable Marvel digital comics on VeVe starting this week.
The comics, like the other NFT collections, are available in five levels of rarity, ranging from Common to Secret Rare. The NFT comic sale on VeVe is still going on, and there are three distinct readable masterpieces from Marvel's archives to choose from.
Marvel Comics #1, the first Marvel comic book ever published, debuted on VeVe on Thursday, August 19 at 8:00 a.m. PT. The original Human Torch and Namor, the Sub-Mariner make their first appearances in this fully legible digital comic.
On Friday, August 20th, at 8:00 a.m. PT, Journey Into Mystery #85 was released. Loki, Heimdall, and Asgard make their debut appearances in this comic book.
Fantastic Four #1, written by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, debuted on Saturday, August 21 at 8:00 a.m. PT. The Fantastic Four make their first appearance in this issue, which kicks off the Marvel Age of comics.
There are 60,000 copies of Marvel Comics #1 and Fantastic Four #1. The Journey into Mystery release only contains 50,000 copies. As a result, the Loki debut is a little more special than the others. The common ‘Classic cover' will be limited to 40,000 copies, while the secret rare ‘True Believer Variant' will be limited to only 500 copies.
