Vitaliy Tyan of Radio Caca on "real" DAOs, NFTs, Metaverses, and Web 3.0 Reshaping Reality

Vitaliy Tyan, Head of Marketing at Radio Caca (RACA), a pioneer in the metaverse domain, was interviewed exclusively by Mike Ermolaev, Head of PR at ChangeNOW. He learnt what motivates RACA to thrive, what the future of education in the Metaverse will look like, and how the organization aims to grow. They also spoke about NFT interoperability and Metaverse escapism.

Radio Caca is a decentralized organization (DAO) led by internet-savvy people from all over the world who share a goal of creating a brave new virtual world. Maye Musk Mystery Box (MPB) NFT is managed by it entirely. For the blockchain-based blockbuster game Metamon Island and the United States of Mars Metaverse (USM), one of the major Metaverses on the BNB Chain, Radio Caca has its own native RACA coin.


Mike Ermolaev (Mike Ermolaev) Can you describe how working in a DAO differs from working in a corporation with a standard corporate governance model? Is the flexibility of DAOs more or lesser than that of conventional structures?

Vitaliy Tyan Excellent question. Multiple aspects, in my opinion, are involved in establishing a successful DAO firm.

The first factor is a committed, organic, and enthusiastic community. The project's founding narrative is significant since it demonstrates the project's transparency, fairness, and integrity. If any community members feel like second-class citizens, you can't have a real DAO. Because we are a fair-launch token, Radio Caca is one of the "purest" and "truest" DAOs. That indicates we didn't sell any RACA tokens ahead of time. Everyone, including the development staff, opted to purchase RACA at market value. Everyone feels like a genuine member of the community and is completely committed to it. There is widespread agreement that RACA will continue to lead the globe into the Web 3.0 era.

The second factor is a development staff that follows through on its commitments. Our development team is always improving our goods and services. Our NFT marketplace, Metamon P2E, and Metaverse are all on par with the best in the industry. People may readily and confidently envision that our development team will continue to do more and more because there is no doubt that they are great. This demonstrates to the community that there is not only enthusiasm, but also genuine work being done.

Factor #3: Management. Infinite Potential = Passionate Community + Development. Leadership must be laser-focused on constantly increasing the community and fine-tuning development initiatives to better serve it. People are astute; they can tell if you talk the talk and walk the walk.

Transparency and adaptability are factors #4. Be open about your triumphs and what you're working on, as well as any changes. Adapt constantly. Prepare to make strategic changes. Never succumb to the sunk cost fallacy. We're creating a new world here, where it's always about doing what's best for the community rather than having your own beliefs acknowledged.

Factor #5: Always consider the big picture. Some individuals start the wave, some join it, and still others are completely unaware that it exists. Make the wave, or join it and help it grow. It takes no guts to think tiny.
