Affected by Negative Trends, Ethereum Cryptocurrency Price Falls 10%

 Investing.com - Ethereum was trading at $2,494.83 by 09:49 (02:49 GMT) on the Investing.com Index on Tuesday, down 10.43% on the day. It was the biggest one-day percentage loss since May 28.



The downtrend movement has reduced Ethereum's market cap to $297.99B, or 19.49% of the total cryptocurrency market cap. At its highest, Ethereum's market cap is $479.29B.

Ethereum had been trading at a price range of $2,493.96 to $2,618.70 in the previous 24 hours.

Over the past seven days, Ethereum has suffered a fall in value, and is down 2.78%. The volume of Ethereum traded over the last 24 hours to time of writing was $31.25B or 30.65% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. The price has been trading in the range of $2,493.9644 to $2,889.1865 in the last 7 days.

At current prices, Ethereum is still down 42.86% from its all-time high of $4,366.10 on May 12.
